My FAVORITE meatballs EVER.
They go perfectly with a red sauce or pesto, they make a huge batch, and they are so, soo easy.
All you need is:
1lb ground beef
1lb ground lamb or pork Italian sausage (mild)
Garlic powder or 2 cloves minced garlic
Onion powder or 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
Rosemary
Italian seasoning
1 egg
1/2 cup cassava flour
Mix everything together well with your hands, roll into balls, place on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes at 350, flipping halfway through.
I served mine on @jovialfoods cassava flour pasta. 😋
