I usually don’t eat a lot of baked goods (except my banana cookies or banana bread on repeat - recipe in my “recipe” highlight) since I prefer to get my carbs and sugar from things like fruit, orange juice/coconut water, gelatin gummies, honey, maple syrup, squashes, plantains, etc.

BUT, every once in a while it’s nice to have some cookies on hand. These are my fave, and so easy, light, and fluffy.
