One of THE most important components of pro metabolic eating, is ensuring every meal and snack is a good balance of carbs, fat, and protein.


Eating naked carbs (carbs by themselves) especially will create blood sugar dysregulation, as the sugar by itself will cause your blood sugar to spike and crash repeatedly.


In this recipe:

Carbs/sugar = apples šŸŽ

Fat = coconut oil🄄

Protein = collagen šŸ„


Topped with bee pollen (one of my fav superfoods) and papaya. Enjoy! šŸ˜‹
