Isn’t it kind of crazy how much effort we have to go to just to not get poisoned by our food and water?
Have you ever looked at the ingredients in something and thought “wouldn’t it be easier and cheaper if they just left all this stuff out?”
It’s also easy to get worked up, stressed out, and mad over this.
If you’re anything like me, it feels so frustrating to have to work so hard just to find food that will support us physiologically, instead of deteriorate us.
The good news is that there’s so many of us that are starting to say IT’S A NO FROM ME DAWG to big food. And so many opportunities to support smaller farmers and ranchers that *actually* care about our health and wellbeing.
Is the adjustment always easy? No.
Is it always cheap? No - (although it can actually be a lot cheaper with the right resources).

But as they say, pay the farmer now, or pay Pharma later.
