It’s officially S P R I N G 🌿


Even if it doesn’t feel like it in your area (it definitely doesn’t where I live), the seasons are changing and summer is coming! The days are officially getting longer, green grass is popping up, and we’re starting to feel that relief of warmth and sun right around the corner.


Humans are cyclical beings, particularly women. Our bodies follow a circadian rhythm (24 hours), an infradian rhythm (28 days - our menstrual cycle), and a yearly rhythm that changes with the seasons.
