Girls just want to drink raw milk

Fun is great, but what girls really want is to drink their raw milk in peace - without being told it’s dangerous and without being told it’s loaded with estrogen.

The good news is, none of these things are true, and drinking raw milk is truly one of the best things we can do for our health as women.

As someone who has struggled with estrogen dominance and endometriosis, I can tell you what DIDN’T help: consuming tons of nuts and seeds (estrogenic), soy and tofu when I was vegetarian (estrogenic), and ditching dairy (estrogen inhibiting).

I’ve tried everything under then sun when it comes to diets, and the only “diet” that has truly ever worked for me is not a diet at all. It’s just eating real foods the way God intended them to be.

It’s almost like God knew what He was doing when he created all this stuff, am I right?

I don’t know about you but I’m going to go with real foods instead of the newest lab-made, “scientific” concoctions that they’re pushing on us these days.

I’ve been drinking raw milk for 1.5 years and my skin is continuing to clear up, my estrogen symptoms are continuing to subside, and I am living my best life.

I drink raw hot chocolate every single day and I will never have it any other way!

Cheers
